The Hub Power Company Limited in their meeting held today has approved an Interim Cash Dividend for the year ending June 30,
2023 at Rs. 15.50 per share, that is, 155%.
The Share Transfer Books of the Company will be closed from October 13, 2022 to October 17, 2022 (both days inclusive). Transfers received at the office of our Share Registrar M/s FAMCO Associates (Private) Limited (address given below) at the close of business (5 pm) on October 12, 2022 will be treated in time for the purposes of above interim cash dividend to the transferees.
